Stack Smart, Launch Fast

Electron

1x Satellite

Problem: Payload Interfaces are Limited

Many rideshare missions, particularly the Transporter series often experience underutilised mass capacity due to volume constraints rather than mass.

Electron

3x Stacked Satellites

Solution: Stacked Satellites

We stack your multi satellite mission using a multi-tiered deployment system capable of launching entire constellations in one mission.

Horizon One's "Stacker" Technology

Using our ground-breaking bolt-on technology we enable faster constellation deployment.

Our stacking technology is launcher agnostic, can be directly bolted to existing Commercial Satellites and CubeSats

OPTIMISED LAUNCH DESIGN

Falcon 9 Case Study

- Standard Interfaces = 25 slots (12x XL, 12x Half, 1x Top)

- Stacked Interfaces   = 75 slots (36x XL, 36x Half, 3xTop)

For 100kg satellites, stacking three-high expands to 75 payload interfaces

For 40kg satellites, stacking seven-high expands to 175 payload interfaces.

APPLICATIONS

Ideal for mega-constellations, including national communication networks, state security, and resilient VLEO mesh layers.

Our technology supports companies aiming to reduce satellite mass and volume, optimising launch density while significantly lowering deployment costs for advanced orbital layers.
